We believe in total transparency when handling your information. This document outlines in plain language how the Cat Kidney Disease Guide collects, processes, and protects your personal data when you access our resources, purchase guides, or communicate with our support team.
We collect information you directly provide to us as well as limited technical data necessary to deliver digital products reliably:
Form submissions: Name and email address entered in the free-guide form, plus information you choose to send through support inquiries.
Purchase information: Order details and information needed to provide digital access and respond to payment or refund questions. Card details are handled by the payment provider.
Technical information: Information generated by site operation and configured measurement tools, such as browser and device information.
Your data is used strictly to fulfill your requests and provide relevant feline health educational resources:
Digital product delivery: Send the requested guide, purchase receipts, and access instructions.
Educational emails: Send the CKD education sequence requested through the opt-in form; each marketing email includes an unsubscribe method.
Orders and support: Manage access, respond to delivery and refund requests, and prevent misuse.
We use service providers to run the website, deliver email and digital access, process payments, and measure site activity. They receive information needed to provide those services.
HighLevel: Used for site pages, forms, email, digital access and customer records.
Stripe: Used for payment processing. Do not send us card details by email.
Meta Pixel and Conversions API: Used to measure website visits, leads, checkout activity and completed purchases where configured.
Google Analytics 4: Used to measure website visits and interactions, including lead and checkout events, and completed purchases when purchase tracking is enabled. Measurement may include device/browser information, pseudonymous identifiers and transaction details. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses or payment-card details to Google Analytics.
The site and configured measurement tools may use cookies or similar technologies. You can manage cookies through your browser and applicable platform settings. Some site features may work differently if cookies are disabled.
We do not sell personal information. We share information with service providers as needed to operate the site, deliver purchases, respond to requests, and measure activity. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
People may email [email protected] to request access, correction, or deletion of their personal information, subject to necessary transaction records and applicable law.
